Login Help

Please use the points listed below to help resolve common login issues. If you are still unable to log in Navicure, please contact Client Services at 770-342-0800 for assistance.


Password:

The Password is case sensitive. Ensure your CapsLock is off and attempt login again. A numeric is required. Ensure your 'Number Lock' is on and attempt login again. Your Password can be reset by any Navicure administrator at your office.


Company Name:

Verify the Company Name listed on your screen exactly matches another user's screen at your office. If it matches, the Company Name field is not causing the issue with login. If it does not match, correct your Company Name and attempt login again.


Forgotten Password:

If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgotten Password link. The system will require your username and company name. If successfully validated, the system will email a link to the email address associated to your user profile. After accessing the link provided, the system will require the user to answer two security questions. If successful, the system will prompt the user to enter a new password. If you have not configured security questions for your user profile, please contact Client Services at 770-342-0800 for assistance.


Locked Account:

As a security precaution, the system will lock your account based on a predefined number of invalid logins. During this time, you will be unable to log into the system. After five invalid logins, the system will lock the account for 15 minutes. After ten invalid logins, the system will lock the account for 30 minutes. After fifteen invalid logins, the system will lock the account permanently. To unlock an account, please contact Client Services at 770-342-0800 for assistance.


Too Many Sessions:

Please contact Client Services at 770-342-0800 to have your session reset.


Opening a New Session in Internet Explorer

Please use the points listed below to help resolve common login issues. If you are still unable to log in Navicure, please contact Client Services at 770-342-0800 for assistance.

  1. Go to your Internet File menu
  2. Select "New Session", shown here:
If you do not have the File Menu:
  1. Right-click in the top of your Internet Explorer window, next to the tabs
  2. Check "Menu Bar", shown here:
